Love Love LOVE the food here! It also helps that the prices are completely fair! After seeing prices in Vegas go sky high, it is great that The Magic Noodle keeps their prices so affordable. Our go-to meal here: Start with the Chinese Beef Burrito (you will want to have another immediately but control yourself!) Next have a bowl of Spicy Szechuan Pork Dumplings (save the leftover sauce to use to flavor the main entrees) Chongquing Spicy Noodles next for a power punch of ground pork, peanuts, and oodles of crunchy veggies atop the noodles of your choice. Lastly, a bowl of Beef Brisket Noodles with the most savory broth you could imagine! Feeling like it needs a little kick? Pour a little of the left-over sauce from the dumplings in to make it savory AND sweet! And most importantly, enjoy watching the folks in the kitchen make your delicious noodles by hand as you relax in their lovely dining area. (All 4 of these items total $50 after tax by the way... Super deal for 2-4 to eat till full!)

Magic Noodle on Rainbow is hands down one of the best authentic Chinese noodle spots in Las Vegas. They specialize in hand-stretched noodles, knife-cut noodles, and everything is made completely from scratch right in-house — which makes a world of difference in both taste and texture. The broth, rooted in Sichuan tradition, is deep, flavorful, and genuinely comforting, and the noodles themselves are consistently superb. I’ve always been a fan of Magic Noodle, but this is my first time leaving a review specifically for the Rainbow location. Every visit here has been nothing short of excellent — really, really, really good. You can taste the authenticity and craftsmanship in every bowl. It’s no wonder this place is so well-known; I often see people from out of town making it a point to eat here, and I can see why. Magic Noodle has become a staple in the Las Vegas food scene, and rightfully so. If you’re craving authentic Chinese noodles done right, this is the place to be.

Magic Noodle is one of my go-to spots in Vegas, I come here at least twice a month. I always get the spicy beef noodle soup with knife shaven noodles and it’s so good every time. The noodles are perfectly chewy, the broth has the right amount of spice, and the beef is super tender. You also have to get the beef burrito. The pancakes they use in it are amazing and make the whole thing taste so good. Honestly, those two are my regular order and they never disappoint.

Yuuum!! Came in with some friends around 4:30 on a Thursday and were seated right away. It definitely started to get busier as time went on, and it's not a very big place. Service was nice and our food came out incredibly fast! We each ordered something different and shared everything. We got the shrimp fried rice, onion pancakes, Sichuan sweet noodle with knife-cut noodles, beef brisket soup noodle with hand-pulled noodles, and Mongolian beef chow mein with flat wide noodles. My favorite was 100% the Mongolian beef. It was really good, and the flat wide noodles for it were perfect. Next time I'd try that with the knife-cut. I think my next favorite was the sweet noodles. Going in, I wasn't 100% sure of the difference between the knife cut and flat wide because they look similar in the picture, but knife-cut are shorter and thicker, flat wide are a lot longer and wider. Both are great for those saucier options. I will definitely be coming back to try some of their options.

Hand pull noodles were finely pulled and was cooked just right. Beef brisket soup noodle was very tasty and beef were cut into right size cubes. Fish soup noodles were also tasty and ingredients were generous. Wontons were good but the onion pancake with egg is quite subpar. It was hard and dense, no fluff at all.
